7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

b. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trybal Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App.

c. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trybal Tech and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will reflect significant changes by updating the Effective Date and, where required, obtaining consent.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any related legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in courts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
